      • we will explore your child's struggles with sleep

      • I will advise you on a step by step sleep plan that you can begin right away, encompassing schedules; naps; sleep environment; physical and emotional well-being; sleep routines; regressions and developmental leaps; gentle self settling; night wakes and weaning

    • A written sleep plan following our consultation so that you don't have to worry about taking notes or getting confused (obviously the sleep deprivation would be to blame here!)​

    • 3 months of unlimited follow up support messages and voice notes via WhatsApp 8am-8pm 7 days a week

    • Pause your follow up support in the case of illness/travel and resume within 4 weeks

    • Completely holistic, gentle and responsive techniques and solutions tailored specifically for your family

    • Option to add on more follow up time or a 20 minute touch base chat
